Wine Fridges

I am looking for a dual zone unit. Somewhere between 30-50 bottles. Anyone had good luck with any particular brands?

Thanks Brian. Guessing that might be a bit above my spending limit. Would like to keep it under a grand.

Check out abt.com, they have a great selection for most price points and most have reviews. We'll be getting one eventually too, and our budget will be similar to yours, so I'd be curious to hear your review of whatever you decide on.

And to the haters...

Build a nice mahogany wine celler in the basement. With a tadting area and cigar bar.

I would love to get this one. However I am not spending the coin.

http://www.abt.com/product/41972/Sub-Zero-424GS.html

This is what I will likely end up with though.

http://www.compactappliance.com/TWR3...Multiple_Zones

What I have found is that you have to be very careful when looking at the dual zone units as a lot of them favor the whites and will only allow a certain range of temp adjustment for each section. I have far more reds then whites and need both sections to have the same range of adjustment.

Not everyone lives 1.5 hours from Jessup and Napa so some of us are forced to store.

Nothing to add about the wine cooler, but, I did buy my office "beverage cooler" (same thing as a wine cooler, but for coke/water/etc) from compact appliances, and it was a good price, good transaction, shipped well, etc.

Nothing unusual about this at all. I have several fridges for wine, as well as many for cheeses too. I keep all those in the south wing of the estate house, but typically Jeeves prepares all this for me so I don't have to concern myself with such things.
