For you BBQ fanatics out there...

Consider getting yourself a smoker. I have this thing and it is amazing!!! Just ask Tony about the Jerky I made (easy with the jokes). It also makes some awesome smoked salmon, ribs, and brisket! I highly recommend it.

Every time I try to smoke a turkey I cant get it to stay lit.

I don't like smoked food.

I love that smoker. it has a digital control for temp and cooking time. Great customer service too from Bradley smoker. I highly recommend getting one.

The only concern was putting it on my condo balcony and smoking my neighbors out of their home, but that isn't an issue at all.

I'm looking for a better way to smoke salmon if anyone has a recipe. Something easy would be preferred.
