Tiramisu

Easy and great for you Italian lovers.

8 oz. Neufchatel Cheese or e or you can use mascarpone cheese
1/3 cup sugar
5 tablespoons amaretto liquor
tsp. vanilla
3 cups Cool whip
2 packs of 24 ladyfingers
1 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
cup semisweet cocoa powder
1 Tbsp confectioner’s sugar
2 Tbsp sliced almonds (optional)

1.Beat together cream cheese and sugar in medium sized bowl until light and creamy (3-4 min). Then beat in amaretto and vanilla.

2.Fold in whipped cream and cheese mixture

3.Arrange ladyfingers halves in glass dish. Sprinkle with of the coffee. Top with cream cheese mixture, spreading smooth. Sprinkle of the cocoa. Repeat one more time.

4.Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with confections sugar and serve.
