I don't use recipes anymore when I cook - I cook from memory and put stuff together that I know will taste good. If I have some time, I may write some of the stuff down and post it, but no promises!

Kim I rarely use recipes either, in fact two of my favorites, my chilli and my italian beef are done from memory...and change slightly each time. I usually need a list of ingredients, and very vague instruction...pinch of this, a handful of that works for me.

Yep, that's pretty much Kim's cooking philosophy 101 Usually it works out pretty well - Nolan doesn't seem to mind the experiments too much.

you need a can of beer for this. I have a whole cook book dedicated to shoving a can of beer up a chickens ass and putting it on the grill.

I bought a small rack at gander that holds the can and you put the chicken over the can, then cook. the beer steaming inside the chicken makes it super moist and tasty.

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!
