Hey Tony

How was that jerky I gave you? I'm doing another batch tomorrow, original and hickory. Doing about 4.5 lbs of a different cut of meat. If you are in town late tomorrow or wednesday stop by, pick up your flywheel puller and grab some.

jerky is easy if you get the right cure. I brought some to putnam early last year and it was a big hit. I make that shit all the time now.

get some hi mountain jerky cure and seasoning http://www.himtnjerky.com/

slice meat into 1/4 thick strips, season with cure for 24 hours, smoke for 8 hours. it's that easy.
