this is how Odysseys makes empanadas

so after a long day of working and i decided to stay home with the wife i couldn't help myself when i saw some program mentioning empanadas so i had to make them!!!! "its been a while since i had one"

so i made caribbean picadio filling and made the dough and made these monster 7 inchers

only problem is i ate 1 i can stuff myself with another, but i forgot the wife was on a diet so...... SUCKS TO BE HER, MORE FOR ME!

Yeah no shit. I was married to a Spaniard and lived with her and her family.

never done one that was baked but will try it next time. the filling is all prep cooked, the only thing i fry is the dough but yeah, i am not watching my weight cause i dont care. i am somewhat a big guy and there is nothing i can do about that.

i love food and believe it or not i actually work out so i dont blow up like a whale.

i eat 5 times a day.
