Caramel Apple S'mores

So with a half peck of apples from Edward's Orchard sitting on the kitchen counter looking entirely too healthy, my girlfriend dug up this idea online and we made some this weekend.

6 Apples (we used Jonnymacs)
1 Bag of caramel squares
6 popsicle sticks
1 1/2 cups of crushed graham cracker
1 cup of chocolate chips or Hersheys bar (or however much/little you want)
1-2 cups of mini marshmallows

Melt the caramel and chocolate in separate saucepans. Crush the graham cracker and spread out on a regular dinner plate.

Spear the apple into the top of the core down to about 2/3 of the apple. Dunk apple in melted caramel and then roll in crushed graham crackers, or stick on large pieces by hand. Stick desired amount of marshmallows on by hand as well.

Drizzle/pour desired amount of chocolate over the apple and place on lightly greased cookie sheet and put into freezer promptly to prevent everything from sliding down to the bottom of the apple. After 10-15 minutes in freezer transfer to refrigerator and chill overnight.

Eat. Enjoy sugar-induced coma. Repeat.
