Banana Bread

I think I got my recipe all hammered out now. Adapted from the starbucks recipe. I usually load up on the nuts. I did whole walnuts last time, harder to slice but was great.

the riper the better. they dont have to be brown but it helps to mash them if they are, they tend to have more flavor too.

came out awesome. but i didnt use any walnuts, and I added sour cream to keep the bread moist, and added 3 tablespoons of captain.
