jimzx9r | The piece of grass on the rear tire gives it away. It's still scary as $hit though. No more powerhweelies on downhills for me either. I don't know why it works, but the front just rips off the ground if I gas it going downhill. |

I had the Busa completly airborne on some road up in algonquin where Fred used to like to ride back in the day. there was two hills up there that I heard the motor rev after launch. |

There are a few roads like that around here. The county K-F-C loop anythingover 100 and the front end floats all the way down the backside of the hill. Sick feeling. Down in NC last year on 28 I was playing TT weiner and cresting hills in 3rd on the Franken Chicken, lofting the front with throttle roll on at around 80. Good times. |

Squid... ![]() I dunno about the 4th & 5th gear nonsense is all about. That sounds more like Vcook and Moto doing supercross on their gixxers last year. (I'm sure Chris will be posting the pics shortly) All I know is I'm a lot more careful about small downhills these days. A few weeks ago I goosed a little powerwheelie (or so I thought) at the top of the hill. As soon as I started going down hill the front snapped up fast. Throttle chop and slammed the front down on the flat bottom after the hill. Did I survive? Yes. Did I mash the boys up against the tank so hard I started to cry? Also yes. |

Hills and Wheelies There are some roads by me with some nice little hills and if you pull up on the bars a little rite at the peak of the hill its cool cause the front end comes rite up. I'm talkin like 4th and 5th gear. Its pretty fun. Theres another road by my house, its kinda out in the country, but it has a couple little dips and then the hills peak after the dips and if you hit that fucker at anything over 90 the front end floats on you and it feals awesome! Anyone have any similar experiences? Lately, evertime I see a hill I try and time it just rite and either pull in the clutch and let it out or pull up on the bars. It's FUN! ![]() |
