Does anyone know a proven SV (first gen) engine specialist?
I have race bike with a 2mm overbore Spears Engine.
I'm in need of expert advice/ services.

If you know of anyone, please, let me know
Thanks

So, three solutions.

Grasshopper
The guy in Wisconsin that Ed Keyes uses
CycleZoo in Iowa.

Good to see you over on this board Hernan!

Talk to Grasshopper (Nick) He breathes, eats, and sleeps 1st Gen SVs.

You live right by one of the biggest SV gurus in the midwest. Contact bill at Performance Cycles in Madison. He is Ed keys engine builder. One of the best in the industry. Tell him Grasshopper sent you. Zoran and twin works is in Reno, NV. Go to Performance in Madison Wisconsin.

Nick,
Question, what gas do you use?
Unleaded 93 or Leaded 110?

Hernan
It depends if that 1/4 to 1/2 second a lap time faster really matters. 9 times out of 10 I run 93 or the highest grade they have at the gas station. I never run that leaded 110. If I choose to run a racing fuel it would more than likely be U4 but you have to remember the machine has to be tuned for it if you want to run a high end race fuel. Most are highly oxygenated. You need to discuss these things with your race bike "Tuner". Not over the internet.
