yep i did it, i rode to the health club in sweat pants and a t-shirt. no helmet, no gloves, no jacket, just some good ol shades. and it was kinda nice!

I must admit if i had a cruiser I'd be hard pressed to wear gear riding that. The f3 I don't feel safe at all without at least a jacket on, long pants, and a helmet.
SQUIDS:jester I was living dangerously, I rode up and down the street with no helmet, so I could "hear" the bike....feels weird...I'm too use to gear.
I beat all of your SQUID moments, I wear my gear almost religiously and the one day I have my jacket there I take it off to do Ken's class and what do you know I lowside and now have the rash to prove it.

See, I know I'm a squid, but I can't ride w/all the gear on when I'm cruising. I personally get too stupid. When I'm wearing jeans, a sweatshirt, and gloves, I'm much more of a defensive driver, taking turns easily, and just cruising and enjoying it. If I throw on my helmet, jacket, and all the other stuff, I start taking turns faster, going WOT, and just being dumb. I dunno, the helmet (I think especially the face sheild) gives me a false sense of security.

I ride the Cruiser without much gear all the time. I have to or I'd probably quite riding all together. I spent the first 13 years of y riding life riding squid and loved the freedom. then I got into the whole message board seen ad got smart and started wearing all this gear. all I can say is, Ignorance is bliss.

A few weeks ago somebody missed a turn coming to my house. I saw them go by on the street out back. I took off in shorts, a t-shirt, and sandles :laughing after them.
