The Illinois Motorcycle Freedom Run is this Saturday June 20th.

ilfreedomrun.org for info.

Starting at the Grundy County Speedway this year. Rt. 47 just north of I80.

Registration starts at 6am. $10 per person donation. Pancake breakfast until 10am for $5. First bike out at 10:30am.

Ride is out to the Middle East conflicts wall memorial in Marsailles,IL

Ceremony is at 1pm at the wall.

After the ceremony there will be beer and food vendors, live bands and motorcycle related vendors that fill up downtown Marsailles.

This will be the third year for the wife and I and has always been a good time.

We will be doing breakfast at the Colonial resturant in Elgin, McLean Blvd just south of Rt. 20 (Lake). 7am sharp.

Kickstands up no later than 8:30am to ride down to the Speedway.

I usually lead these rides, just happens I guess. Pace will be speed limit to +5 or traffic flow. We are conservative riders for the most part, so no stupid stuff, please.

Please have enough money for the day and fill up before breakfast.

Let me know who's coming to breakfast so I can secure some tables.

The wife and I will be leaving Marsailles sometime between 4 and 5. Long time friends of ours are having a High School graduation party for their daughter in Glen Ellyn. We are going there on the way home. You can hang or cruise out with us. The party in Marsailles lasts until 11 or 12 I think.

Hope to meet some new faces. Cheers

LAST CALL for anybody that wants to join us tomorrow. Need an idea of how many people so I can save some seats at the resturant.
