If you have had the unfortunate luck of getting a ticket in Lake County like myself, choose to take the online traffic school! With this little trick I found out, you can bypass all of the screens and go straight to the test portion, allowing you to finish this 4 hour online class in about 20 minutes.
After you go to the website (www.safetyserve.com/clc), use your provided login and password to access the courses. Click on the course you need to take and note the name of it. It will have an "L" at the end. After you've clicked on it, look in your address bar at the top of your screen for the name of that course. Simply delete the "L" and hit enter. You'll now be able to click the next button on the screen without having to listen to the guy blab on for hours.
And when your taking the tests, the questions that aren't common sense can simply be typed into google where you can find the answers relatively easy.
