You mean sprocket cover? and looks like the housing that the clutch servo bolts to is busted?

you guys are missing the fact that the bike has a hydraulic clutch and needs the sprocket cover and tabs to hold the servo.

shit that sucks balls man! I've seen cases welded before. do a search on here, i know people have had rearset tabs welded on. Actually, pm Kegger, i know he had it done.

yeah, its broke, so what? go and get a new cover to fix the mofo.
do NOT buy new cases for it.

There's welders in the area that can fix it for you (assuming it is, in fact, weldable) someone can chime in with recommendations.

A drivable bike with goobered up case will ALWAYS bring more money than just a runner that Needs Minor/Major Repair.

unless i'm missing something you have 3 holes that the cover mounts to, the top one looks fine but a bolt is broken off in the hole, the lower one looks ok, the front one is torn in half, get the bolt extracted, get some JB weld, and a new chain and sprockets , use JB weld on the one that is torn and 3 new bolts, let the JB weld cure overnight before trying the clutch, just glue the bolt into the torn boss, and with a new chain n spkts you wont have to take it off for a long time, problem solved

i see the bottom hole in the cover is broken off, buy a new cover or JB weld the old one back together, trust me it works, i have JB welded several broken or chunked cases and they usually hold if done well, add something like a piece of metal in the epoxy to give it extra strength if you think it needs it, save a ton of $$$ and time

Yes!!!! Hillbilly engineering, I love it!

dude, i took a 954 that had hit a bus, and the headset cups popped a chunk out of the inside of the frame bottom cup support, bent forks and snapped tripple clamp ( i replaced these, even jb weld has its limits),, i got a new headbearing and jb welded the new lower cup into the frame, i rode it, sold it, and 3 yrs later the guy i sold it to sold it, still working fine
