ATF looking to ban shotguns with 5+ round capacity

Ive got two shotguns in the house that would be banned per that law. Although I can't remember the last time I loaded more than 3 shells into a shotgun..... that law is stupid. No one is going to go on a rampage with a Benelli.

No, but they could make us put plugs in the magazine tube to limit the shotgun to 5 rounds. I'm not sure how they'd deal with Saiga and that AR looking shotgun that already have 10+ round mags in wide use.
