My goal this month will be to run 2x per week and 16 miles total. Each run will focus on keeping cadence high. This last run the first mile it was at 87, the second mile was 83. When I run longer it's usually at 83. I would like to increase it to 85 consistently and then bump it up a few more after that next month.
 
+4 total. But I did ride 70 miles this weekend, and that is about 70% as hard as running, so put me down for an additional 50 miles like Rick. :laughing:

I have passes for you and Mike...I was going to give Ken a pass, but we would embarrass him with our awesomeness. Sara does usually workout Saturday and Sunday mornings. You do realize that would entail you getting your ass in gear before the crack of noon?

Man, if I'm in bed @ 8:30am on weekend that's sleeping in.

Besides, if Sarah is as good as promised, that's powerful motivation my friend!
