Need software for 2Wire Home Portal!!!

I need the software for the 2wire homeportal DSL modem. I have the driver, but I need the Network Monitor software utility to manually configure the modem for QWest out here in Iowa. I can't get SBC out here It comes wiht the modem but my ex-roomate has the CD.... I'm tryin to avoid living without DSL for another week while snal mail gets it here. Can anyone e-mail it to me or have a server I can download it from???

i have the disk that came with my 2wire thing, but why dont ya call SBC and they will send you one ASAP?

or tell me what to do, cause i got no freaking clue what to do to send it

I have teh 2 wire and dont have any software loaded for it. Just computer majic to me. plug in turn on and and click the IE icon.

No... SBC automaitcally loads it for you and thye automatically download the data to the modem.

Qwest has a SHITTY system that requires me to either manually set my DSL modem settings or pay another $150 for their brand of modem that they support.

I'm having them send me a copy...but it won't get here for a week. I'm trying ot avoid paying $150 for a new modem or being without good internet access for YET another week.

I don't have SBC anymore. They CAN'T serve Iowa :mad I'm on the wrong FUCKING side of the river. It's one of a long list of things that are shitty about living on the west side of the river.
