Who is in for this one? One of the easiest but coldest enduros. I woke up out of the tent in 24F. ride and tent covered in a nice layer of ice.

Will be fly fishing in Mi the day before then will camp @ start to be ready to race next day...

Lights don't even have to work and they rarely check even if you have lights. Do a family enduro and if you finish it easily then you're ready for the real thing. The 150xc is a nice bike for these events. I was thinking a 150 or 200 but they weight the same as my 250 so no point.

This was a fun & quite technical one. The second test was up, down and around a ski hill. Pretty long and relentless. Very cold. I was frozen at the gas stop just past midway even while wearing an enduro jacket. The test right after lunch was short but nasty. Very technical, tons of logs, tight and hard to get into a flow. The woods were slick so bouncing off slick roots and logs proved challenging and at times dangerous. Tweaked my left elbow and sprained left foot. Now to clean, maintain and rejet the bike for the next one this Sunday..
