An incident early this morning led to an abrupt change of plans for me this weekend... no more racing for me this year.

Bike was pushing and tucking all morning at BHF for the Rosno school, couldn't figure out why, decided to just "deal"... and 2nd session out, it bit me. Lowside in T4... which eventually turned into a pretty ugly tumble. I don't have the funds to get this thing back together by the weekend... anybody know a good aluminum welder?
Worst part, as the bike tucked, it pinched my foot between it, and the pavement (with my foot being upside-down.) The pavement made quick work of my boot - ate through the leather, my sock, and well, uh, the top of my foot. I'll spare any graphic details, and just say that it is VERY painful. Got to check out the ER at St. Anthony's In Rockford... oooh, ahhhh, fun fun.

Oh well... it could've been worse... and crashing is part of attempting to go fast, price I pay I guess.
If I can walk on it (can't right now, it's killing me), I'll be up there pitting for DanO and friends... but no racing for me
