record barking.
burn it to cd.
put disk in stereo.
put speakers against wall.
play all night into his condo.
stay at girlfriend's place.
:lmao:

Dude, that is making me crack up over here because my buddy lived in a apartment that the people above him always were arguing with each other and we recorded that shit with some high end audio gear we had. We played that shit back 10 times louder than the people were. We're pissing in our pants laughing... we even had the young kid calling his mom...yelling "MOM...MOOOOM" from outside and we'd play that back on occasion went the kid was in the alley and his mom would go and yell back to him "what do you want?" and we'd be die'n.

That really works!! :bow

I talked to the owner about it. It's actually just a renter. and it's his girlfriends dog. But that thing is always there and tonight it hasn't shut up for the past half hour and I mean nonstop barking. I'm going to kill this little shit.

hey if you can't sleep, he shouldn't either.

keep knocking on his door or ringing his phone and ask him to please quiet down his pet.

if he tells you to f* off, then let the police knock on his door for you and talk to him about disturbing the peace at unreasonable hours. I'm sure there are some condo association guidelines for your building stating what quiet hours tenants should be observing. if you can't resolve anything amicably with the renter, I'm sure you can complain enough so that perhaps the owner is fined irritated enough to punt the renter

+1. If you've already talked to him twice you should call the police. You shouldn't have to suffer for the idiot next door.

Buy a muzzel then go next door with golf club in hand and muzzle in other. Hand him the muzzle and walk away, don't say a thing.
:lmao:

Really why do people buy condos? Wanna live in an apartment building, just rent.:D Or is it people are just to lazy to do their own yardwork?
Too lazy to do my own yard work and its cheaper than a townhouse.

move to a condo that doesn't allow dogs lol
I have to agree. You kinda knew what you were getting yourself into on this one.

I talked to my building management. They said they already got a complaint and the dog barking on the balcony is an automatic fine anyway. They told me to document the times this thig is barking, which I already did and send it to them. They will take care of it. There is a policy against dogs barking in the building and I guess they already informed the owner the he will be getting fined. Since the owner is just renting to this guy I expect something to happen soon.

Well I guess my association fees are actually paying for some real work now.
