Thanks to CLSB!!!!!...home from the hospital

Let me start by first personally thanking each and every one of you that called, wrote, texted and visited expressing well wishes while i was in the hospital, you have no idea how much it meant to me to know that so many of you were wishing me well.

Special thanks to df4iguy, Jimzx9r, g2g, jenya, jrock, ken, rob, fizzer, shelly, k2, bug maynard, devildog and Dano for coming out and visiting me during my stay. It was completely unexpected and a big lift to my spirits to have my wise ass friends giving me shit again;):laughing

So, bottom line was I underestimated a set of jumps at rocky glen and got out of sorts going through them, came out skyward and landed awkwardly. I'm immobilized for six weeks in a soft cast, then hopefully I start the full time PT. In the mean time, i'm on the crutches bumbling my way through my house.:laughing

A big thanks to the folks at the hospital. Simply amazing service and my gratitude for the staff there could not be higher. They made for an enjoyable stay through what could have bee a very crappy few days.

I'll keep you all posted as I progress, and hopefully will make it out to a few of the strats nights...thanks again everyone, you're the best!!:cheers

i dunno you (maybe a few more strats nights will change that) but its always nice to hear of people gettin back on their feet coming out of an accident.

:laughing, yep, shitter gets backed up for sure. I've got one of those sweet old lady toilet riser dealies though, makes it easiert to sit down...plus, it really does feel like i'm on a throne.:laughing

Tom- be careful!

When I was on the Vicodin when I busted my tibia, I was crutching it down the stairs, got dizzy and fell about ten steps, at the bottom of the stairs was the entrance to the powder room, I did a header all the way down, and hit my head on the toilet! Not to mention my leg hurt like a bitch too! DOH!

My wife came running as she thought the roof caved in as I hit the bottom with gravity accelerating my 185lb fat ass into latrine oblivion!

"Are you alright?"

"No, Ive fallen and I cant get up!":lmao:

Glad you are heading toward recovery.:)
