Fucked up Cab ride

So I was drinking in downtown Naperville earlier this evening with some friends. The night went well but I got tired of dealing with everyone and decided to take off on my own. We walked the girls to their car and then my buddies take off too (in a Z4) so I'm taking a cab by myself back to my buddy's house(where we're meeting). I get into the back seat of a "Naperville Taxi" cab outside of Features and the guy says he's going to pick up some other people headed West (I'm going to New York and Eola). He picks up three girls who're headed somewhere and says he's gonna drop me off afterwards. We get to 75th street(well South of where I'm going) and the girls say that they want to head to McDonalds, so the cab driver crosses over 4 lanes of traffic and hits the McD by the DMV on 75th. At this point I get sick of waiting around and decide to take off. I tell the cabbie that I have some friends with a town house behind the McD and tell him I'm getting out. At this point he tells me to pay for the girls fare because I've been riding with them thus far(even though it's no further West than I need to be and well South). I open the door and head out of the car, he grabs my shoulder, I punch him in the face, throw the shifter in park and start to run.

There was a American Taxi waiting at the mobil station about 500 feet away and he took me home but holy shite was that a hairy and strange end of the evening.

Watch out for a cracked out white guy driving a "Naperville Taxi", not worth the risk. Fucked up situation, scared the shite out of me to be honest. Be safe all.

HMMM I smell one of two things here happening

A) You get arrest shortly or B) this story is fake

You hit a cabby in the face throw the shifter in park for him but yet no one noticed the cabby hit let alone hear any of the girls/cabbie shouting.

On top of that you didnt pay your share of the fare.

Who lets a cabbie decide where they are going to go. I bet the story is more like the cabbie drove behind some buildings and anally raped me.

Just F'n with you brian on the second part first part is your fault.

First of all, I was drinking and was certainly in no position to drive, I was not wasted though.

I'll add more details now that I'm sober and have had some time to rest. The cabbie said he was picking up other people headed west (New York and Eola, my destination is a straight shot west of DT Naperville). After he picked up these girls and we were underway, they informed the driver that we were headed to Oswego to drop them off. I said I wasn't cool with this and that I'm only about 7 minutes away. The driver said not to worry that we'd get them there quickly.

While we're driving down 75th, one of the girls mentions hitting up McDs, at this point the driver cuts across all four lanes to turn into the restaurant (there was a seperate signal for left turn that was red, which he ignored) and we pull into the drive through.

There are townhomes behind that McDs and I'm getting sick of this and kind of scared at this point. I tell the driver that I'm going to go to a friend's house who lives there and thank him for the ride. He tells me I should pay my portion of the fare. I tell him no since I'm no further west than I was before and now well south of where I need to be. The cab ride got took me much farther from home than I was in DT Naper.

At this point, I tell him goodnight and I'm sorry and open the cab door. He then grabs my arm and demands I pay the girls fare. I pull away from him and put one foot outside the door, he then hits the gas and pulls out of the drivethrough line. This is when I backhanded him and pushed the shifter all the way to the top and hopped out. There were a few people at the restaurant but no one seemed to notice what had happened.

I don't think what I did was unnecessary, the man didn't take me where I asked him to, he took me well away from my destination. Didn't ask me if it was ok to pick up these other girls, certainly didn't ask my permission to drop them off first, didn't ask if I wanted to go to McDs and then on top of it all, tried to use physical force to prevent me from leaving the cab. He got what was coming to him. I've taken hundreds of cab rides home from naperville and have always had a fine experience, this guy had a screw loose and got what was coming to him, sorry if you disagree.

My question now is this

If he said he was picking up 3 women didnt you say thank you Ill grab another cab before starting on your way? Once you enter the cab and start moving you are paying for his sevices Thus when you went to exit the vehicle and leaving with out paying your minium fair thus that would be the 2.00 dollars or what ever they charge right at the start.

You should have just got out after he advised what he was doing and called the cab company and informed them of the situation. Now if he refused to stop afterwards then I would agree with hitting someone. BUT....I find it more your fault then the cabbies. You agreed to the arrangements.

Next time call a friend

The girls were ridden hard and put away wet. Bad skin, overly tanned, too blonde, etc. Typical Bar Louie tramps, it was kind of funny listening to them get pissed when I said I wasn't going to pay their fare and even funnier when they immediately shut the hell up once I jacked the guy.
