If the weather cooperates I'm going out for a ride. It'll be a medium ride with a little aggressiveness here and there to nowhere special just around the routes, and possibly to Naperthrill after it gets dark. If you want to go post here. I want to go shortly after 7:00pm so be at Gas City and ready to go by then. If nobody posts.....I'm not stoppin' at Gas city so "speak up!!!!!!!". I'll check the board shortly before I leave.

Ill be there....................I will be lagging in the corners big time though I dont know whats goin on with my bike but its getting consistantly worse every time I ride it.

Great turn out tonight. I didn't think that many people were going to show up. Chris, it was nice to actually see you ride. Red Traci, sweet bike and you really new how to ride it. We did the normal routes and found some new clover leafs that I scoped out while I went for a run to check the roads. Us front men got pretty down and dirty around them. (ooooooh they were soooo smooth) Then we got on 55 to head for a pitstop before going out to Naperthrill. On 55 we ran into some slow dude in a Level 3 Communications truck. One of the guys (no names) got pissed off and tried to open the guys passenger door while we were passing him:laughing . What.....oh crap that was Tony in the truck , Sorry Godfather . We hit the route a little in reverse and eventually got to Naperthrill where we finished of the ride Shugg's style. We tagged along with some Shuggs boys before heading home. Those guys made our best squid attempts look bad. Here I was all happy with myself about krackn' that stoppie off on Washington street.:helmet .

Anyway, I hope you guys had fun. That was the first goup ride I lead so that's why I was asking you guys if my pace was ok so much. Hope you all had fun Looking forward to doing it again.:evil :evil :evil

Great ride. No more passing Crazy on the outside heading into Gas City. Hit a patch of the sand and got a nice sort of headshake as the front slide, immediately followed by the rear. Weeeeeee!!!!:jester

Heading home down I-55. One of Shruggs' guys follwed me all the way to the Wilmigton exit. Oops. I sent him back North on his merry way. Maybe they all should have followed. I doubt there were many cops around and lots of empty roads on a Mon. night.

My little electrical gremilin finally poking it's ugly head while I was riding. I was goign up a hill and switched off my high beams for a oncomming car, and all of the sudden i was in the dark for a second or two. A half mile farther down the road the engine cut for a second and the FI light came on for 10 seconds or so and went out. I was only 4 miles from home, so I just ignored it and kept going. Hmmmmm... oh well.
