Hello all,
I was wondering, Is there a practice day this Fri. at BFR? Instead of having my shoulder reconstructed, I opted for a MUCH smaller procedure with the hopes that with rehab it will hold-Anyway things are feeling pretty good and I was thinking about racing from the back of the pack this weekend but would like to go out for a practice day prior to racing. Any info would be appreciated.

Jim and I will be up there on friday at BHF for the practice day. I think its like 70 bucks or something like that. Just want to get our bikes dialed in.
