Does anyone use any fitness tracking software?

I've working out really hard lately and I'm sick of keeping a journal in a notebook. I'm looking for something that can track my diet, lifting, cardio, measurements, plan workouts, etc.

I've found a bunch of software using google but haven't been able to find any reviews. Does anyone here use something like this?

So far this one looks pretty good.

fitday is what gave me the idea. I want something that will track gaining weight instead of losing it though, with lift increases, cardio, etc. I'd rather have it in software too where I don't have to go online to access it.

Do you have excel? I would just use that. Track what you eat and weigh on one page, exercises and reps/weight on another. Yeah it's still just like a journal, but at least you can scroll through it fast.
