Ok, coming up 294 from the South, how do I find Strats?

Tony, adding the address to the front page with the Strats info might be a good idea. Unless you're trying to keep the losers away. :laughing

Consult mapquest.com for directions if you need 'em. It's the easiest way, really! :) And you both better get out the door soon if you're gonna be there at 7, right? :confused

Oh, I was about to post sayin' you guys should've left already if you're going to Strats, but then I realized the time is messed up. My fault or the board's still?

Anyways, consult mapquest.com for directions if you need 'em. It's the easiest way, really! :)
How about an address then so I have somewhere to start? Don't make me use 411 people!! That comes directly out the bike budget.

Oh. Strats is on North Avenue right around the intersection with 83. 231 E North Ave. is the exact address. :D

Strats is on North avenue (Rt64) 2-3 blocks east of Rt. 83, At least that's what the guy at Strats just told me on the phone.

Here's what Mapquest says for RR--I only pulled the last couple directions coming off of 294 like he was asking about.

9: Merge onto I-294 N (Portions toll). 26.34 miles
10: Take the IL-38 W/ROOSEVELT RD exit. 0.22 miles
11: Merge onto IL-38. 1.93 miles
12: Take the IL-83 N/KINGERY HWY ramp. 0.32 miles
13: Merge onto IL-83 N. 2.88 miles
14: Turn LEFT onto W NORTH AVE. 0.42 miles

Hopefully that does it. :D

Too late. Taking 294 north, one has to be aware that you cannot exit North Avenue from 294, you need to get onto 290 west, then the North avenue exit is right there. Ask me how far you have to go north once you miss that:bs .

And Strats is West of 83, not east as the gentleman on the phone told me.

Oh well, I found it, and in time to meet a bunch of the guys. It's a good time, anyone who hasn't been there, should go.

I saw you, but I didn't know who you were until you were leaving. Michael told me who you were, but by then, as I said, you were pulling out.

I had the blue 98 parked all the way at the North end of the row. I was the ugly guy in the black hat and black windbreaker.

Maybe next time.
