HH pads + SS lines = really big anchor

I had SS lines, now I just put on some EBC HH pads on my F4i.... and Holy F******* S**** does this thing stop now. I like using 2 fingers but it's almost too much now. Give it a nice squeeze and the rear end is off the ground and the front is sliding around. They aren't grabby either. Just nice smooth and pregressive. I'd swear that the bike even dives less. I switched to some Motul racing brake fluid. I think I was having some porblems with brake fade last time out... I think this should help.

I can't wait to test them out Sun at the track. I think they'll finally give me that little extra confidence I need wait that extra half second or so when flying into turn 1. I can hear myself thinking now... "wait for it, wait for it... now!!!"

yeah just keep an eye on that break fluid but atleast you got the motul in...so good job. they sure do stop like a mofo thats for sure
The EBC's and SS lines (I'm using Goodridge) are great option. Mine were almost to grabby and strong for the first couple days. The third was a track day so they got quickly broken in. Warning! They don't like being cold or wet. I've had a couple of "strange" reactions to cold/wet days. Make sure you work them a little to make sure they are working as expected before relying on them.
get a deal on them somewhere? how much?

I need to replace mine already. Not happy with them at all. other people have ridden my bike too and commented on how crappy the stock brakes are...

No special deal. I think I paid around $50 for the set. SS lines are about $90 for the front lines. The Motul fluid was $8.00. I got them all from Marietta Motorsports (1-888-FASTLAP). Great service, knowledgeable, consistent 2 day delivery.
I paid $32.00 per caliper from 4 & 6.
