I broke the faceshield on my helmet last night. I looked at helmet harbor but they don't exactly tell you if the shields from the new helmets fit the old ones. Is there a site I can get a shield for a Shoei RF-R? Preferable one that ships quickly???

I need to order this thing so I can get back on the road. Are these shields standard?

If I order the RF-900 shield is it going to fit???

don't know about the RF-R, but the shields have all been interchangeable for my Shoei Helmets throughout the years from my first RF200 all the way up to my current RF900.

If you need it right away, then go visit your local shop. Most of them carry the Shoei accessory screens (smoke, clear, hi-def, etc.)

I just found out my shield is a little different. The helmet shop carries them, but I planned on checking Rich's Yamaha in Lemont on the way home tonight. I'm not sure they're going to carry them though and it's about the only place I can get to before they close.

Should be here monday. I'm going to borrow one of Brobill's to ride Friday. Saturday and Sunday I'm not sure I'll get to ride much anyway. Dentist on Saturday and hopefully Route 66 for the races on Sunday.
