An hour at max HR is no recovery! :laughing: I'll see how I feel, though I'm planning on taking the ride on saturday pretty easy.

I've got no idea how bad I gimped myself being on an old mountain bike versus one of the fancy new fangled things you guys ride.

I'm not opposed to doing a tri again(I did sadistically enjoy it), but I will not commit to it unless I have the financial resources to do it right. That means being able to buy pool time to practice, and buying a bike as well.

So maybe 2014?!?!?

It was a ton of fun for my first experience. Already looking at doing a few more this year.
 
+3 to 44 total. And my average HR continues to drop. Since the beginning of the year I have lost about 10 BPM in my pace, meaning I'm getting more efficient running and gaining fitness. These newfangled computer thingies really work.
Sure beats Ricks Sun dial or is that only used on his bike?:laughing:
