A friend just bought his son a xr 70. He's looking for places to go with it around the Glen Ellen area. Also, any places for classes or anything like that. He's never ridn' a bike before.

MSF has classes on dirt riding now. I don't have the info but you should be able to get it off their site. The class (I think) is off 90/94 toward Indiana but not a long cruise.

Theres one place out in Ottowa that has dirt classes. They also go in to wheelies and jumps and shtuff

Take the time to go out to Ottawa like Tony says. There is over 650 square acres with every type of off road riding available. There are many Families that go out there as well. Your Son? will have the time of his life. The area is called Buffalo Rock, and it is own and operated by a Lady named Evellyn. I can't say enough good things about it. Jerry:cheers

The dirt bike track is right down the road from the gun range...it is run by the same people.

What a great combo...guns and bikes. The bike part has some great single-track riding as well.

There is a place to go that has been there for years, its not a legitamate spot but its been there along time and people still go there, there are no rules but people that go there seem to be really cool and apparently its ok to ride there cuz cops dont hassle anyone weekdays and evenings are slow there

It is on Joliet Rd between 53 and I55 in the mddle of an industrial park real close to the flea market

Ok its on a side street off Joliet rd but you can see it from joliet rd


I used to go there 10 years ago I couldnt believe it when I rode past there last week and saw people still out there
