i got pulled over by a leo of 11yrs in front of glenbard east because he couldn't see my plate until he was "right on top of me." he was mad! started telling me about 3 pursuits one ending in a wreck...and they all had their plate "concealed" and one guy even had a switch to hide it. all this before asking for my license, etc. he said he was going to ticket me for improper display and then asked for my license, finally. best part is, he let me go once he saw my fire dept. badge. he did ask me to tell everyone i "know" to put their plate where it belongs or they will be getting a ticket.
