Typically, every winter I get several 5 gallon buckets *full* of brass to process for myself (and once or twice I even got 55 gallon barrels!). Things seem to be running a bit dry lately since the cost of brass has gone up so much. Most shops are sending their brass in to the recyclers for that extra $40-$50.

Since I don't have mountains of brass to process for myself, I'm opening up my services to friends.

I'm currently setup for processing .223 and .308, and if there is enough interest I'll be doing .300 Blackout and .30-06.

I'm known for being very OCD about my brass, it comes out looking like bling when I'm done. I treat every piece as if I was doing it for myself. I've even processed several thousand pieces for Trent who wrote the Reloading Thread sticked here.

My process is:

Brass get's tumbled clean, then inspected for issues, sized, deprimed, decrimped, and primer pocket cleaned, then tested in case gauge to make sure it's within SAMMI specs. Then it's tumbled again, trimmed to length, and the case mouth beveled and deburred. Then lightly tumbled one last time to get any brass shavings or tumbling media out of the cases. Process takes about an hour per 100.

Pricing for .223 and .308 is $10 per 100

I'm setting up for converting .223 into .300 Blackout soon, I don't have pricing yet, but it won't be much more than standard processing and will include standard processing.

If I can get enough people to commit to 6000+ pieces total (as in, six people with 1000 pieces each for example), then those first 6000 pieces will also get free annealing service (as soon as the back-ordered annealer shows up!).

Please reach out to me through E-mail, as my PM box tends to fill up.

Note: Since I know it's going to come up - I can not load ammunition for you, as I'm not a licensed ammunition manufacturer. Maybe someday, but not today.

Very interested, once I sort through mine I'll be in contact with you.
I can sort for you as well.

I have a very high end sorting system.

I sit on an overtuned bucket in the garage, with six buckets surrounding me like drums, while I blast Rush 2112 through a tube amp. It's like Bozo Buckets with brass. :1pimp

High end indeed...you have more than 1 bucket!

I have some pistol cartridges too if you can help with them.
I can do pistol. I'm currently setup for 9mm, .357 SIG, 40 S&W, 10mm, and .45 ACP. I've been considering getting setup for .44 MAG and 50 AE for my DE, but .45 is expensive enough to shoot!

How much would you charge for 40 s&w rounds? JHP or FMJ?
Read the last line of my first post.

$40 per 1000 for processing.

I don't mess with steel, or berdan primed. I don't bell the brass since that's very personal and IMHO depends on the bullets used (e.g. the Zero bullets I use in my personal loads don't need *any* bell at all - so I don't even have the die installed)

Raven is neglecting to tell people about how awesome the last photo is.

What happens with traditional methods of deburring and chamfering is that when folks go to chamfer the inside they remove TOO Much brass! thus weakening the case mouth and longevity of your brass.

With the way that Lonely Raven is doing it, Avoids this!!

A++ service.

Bump!

I still have slots available. I'm moving into .223 processing this week.

The Stainless Steel media wet tumbler is up and running and all the recipe issues worked out! So my brass is even more blingy than before!

Hit me up if you need some brass processed.

Again, I can't produce loaded ammunition as I'm not licensed to do so.
