Just got off the phone with Scorpion USA (Helmets). Must say that they have great customer support. First, I have a live American pick up the phone without any voice prompts or anything! Called at 9:50am our time and they are in CA so they must open early.
A red plastic snap fell off my strap this weekend and I needed a new one. No problem, he asked for my ship to and said they will get it out in the mail today.

A+ for this great company.
Happy to own two of their lids.

I had a similar experience with them. I emailed them asking how I could buy a set of sideplates because they weren't available on the website and I broke one. They just asked for my shipping address and they would go right out, no charge! :bow Scorpion

one of my side parts that holds the visor in place came off...it also floated too much for me...they sent me a whole new complete setup to fix both sides...

i scratched the shit out of my visor, so now i have to order at least 2 now...prolly get the clear original one and then the mirror one...
