Our boys found these at a local park, and decided to bring them home....Checked them against a light, and there are embryo's inside moving around.....:rolleyes

Tony may have noticed when he stopped by, but we already have:

1 Doberman
2 cats
2 gerbils
2 kids
2 cockatiels
1 prairie dog
1 fish tank (Jack Dempseys)

Bigger ones run around, smaller ones are caged up.

Observations on the prairie dog:
1. He sure is cute
2. He's well fed- look at that belly
3. With those teeth I'll bet he can chew ANYTHING

Questions on the prairie dog:
1. Does he smell bad?
2. Is he active at night/make a lot of noise?
3. Does he poop a lot?

1. Does he smell bad? - Not at all, since the new cage, "poop" falls into the litter pan below

2. Is he active at night/make a lot of noise? makes almost no noise unless he is upset (chirps alot) or if you cough, he will reply with a "yahoo" sound, quite humourous

3. Does he poop a lot? not really, all falls through into a litter pan, linned with animal bedding, changed once a week....

I had two racoons spend the weekend in my garage. They were climbing around in the rafters when I opened the door ot get my bike. I think we scared each other. I left, they left, haven;t seen them since.
