Let's start posting up pace and body fat percentages too. :lmao: Nice work old lady.
No thank you on the body fat percentage. First off, women are always higher than men so it's a crappy comparison. Secondly, I'm still nursing the kid so that messes with your metabolism a ton. Thirdly....just no. nonononono.

But my paces I don't mind talking about! Right now I'm doing just under 14:00 on my long runs (7-8 miles). But keep in mind it's also 98 degrees and a jillion microblobs of humidity here. Every month I do a 2 mi TT at full speed, and for those I'm at 9:30.
It's all way slower than what I was running before my frist kid was born, but I'm also using a coach and following his pacing pretty closely. My goal isn't to finish the half-- I know I'll do that-- but it's to finish it confidently, knowing what to expect and feeling good the whole way. I'm going to run another half after Chicago-- here in November-- and that one I'll try for a certain time.

+3.5, total 62.5
and let me tell you it was 102 effing degrees in this hellhole city. That was as hard a run as I've ever had and I did it entirely in the SHADE. Yeah, back and forth along a .5 mi stretch that is completely covered. It was boring as hell, and hard. Winter can't come fast enough.
