Damn, that's the first Pontiac I've ever desired. Then I read this:

"Elements of the show car that won't make it to production include the big brakes, lowered ride height, 20" wheels, and custom interior trim."

WTF, those are all the pieces that make the car look so bad-ass. It's just going to look plain with 17" wheels, dinky brakes, and the shitty GM plastic all over the dash.

Well, I guess I'm back to looking at foreign cars again.

It's clear that all the drawing tablets in the engineering room at Pontiac still have the stencil of the old Grand am on them and they just work from that. What the hell is with them? They are stuck in a rut with that style. I understand they are trying to be like BMW and make the two grill thing as a recognizable part of their brand, but since it reminds everyone of one of their largest pieces of shit, it's probably time to look for something else to focus on.

Uh that IS a foreign car.

Still I cant understand why GM just doesnt start selling Holdens here instead of rebadging them and putting that fugly split grille on it (like they do on every car). BTW Holden now has the worlds fastest production truck. Beat teh Ram SRT10 by 13mph (SRt10 155mph, Malroo SS 168mph).

You know what I mean...buying from a foreign company (Honda, VW, etc) and NOT any of the Big Three.

Hahaha, sorry I'll make my sarcasm more apparent next time.
Looks like a decent replacement for the Grand Prix - which sucked big time.

I still won't ever buy one though...

RWD Camry? The only recent RWD Toyota sedan sold in the US would be the Lexus LS & GS.

According to this list from Car & Driver, the Camry V6 does 0-60 in 5.8 secs, pretty respectable.

I will never buy a GM again. The Camry that we got with now a 137,000 is one of my most favorite cars I ever owned and I really like the new Camry that is out now. The 0-60 in that car is pretty nice!!!
