Not doing the WORS race tomorrow. I'll do a road ride with my kid tomorrow instead I think.
Come out to my LTF ride in the morning. Have her do the beginner group. Ride with her or do the advanced yourself.

I don't think I'm going to fair well in the advanced tomorrow. I really struggled on the bike in Racine with my stomach. I wasn't putting out shit for power during the race but it took a LOT out me. I got on the trainer Thursday and couldn't do crap. We'll see what I can do tomorrow. My run has come back quickly though. Weird!!

I'll probably hang around my house, I have a ton of stuff to do, plus she is not ready for a group ride yet I don't think. Once she is more acclimated to riding on the road and especially with others, I will take her on some group rides.

I'm sure I won't be too powerful on the bike yet either. I have been feeling pretty run down between the race last weekend and hundred degree temperatures at work. I'll need another week at least to feel somewhat decent.

Later on this month or whenever, but definitely this year, I will be doing another half Ironman on my own for training. I'll swim downtown, then bike up north 60 miles and back, and then run 13. I gotta figure out what my problem is and why I can't duplicate training stats in that race.

I'd like to figure this out as well. I spent some time with a guy that qualified for The Vegas 70.3 world championships. He was nice enough to spend time and go over my training logs, my goals, and expectations of myself. I asked him to be completely honest even if he thought it would offend me. Pretty eye opening! I figured out a handful of mistakes I made. Some training mistakes, and a whole lot of mental mistakes.

I now have a plan for the rest of the year that includes a lot more fun and a lot less beating myself up mentally.

Ken, I'm not 100% I'm going to do another HIM this year, but it's possible I'll do the Cedar Point Rev3 in September. If you decide to do that one LMK.

Btw. I'd be happy to dos training HIM with you'd like. But that may be something you want to do on your own. LMK
