If you have bad gas, like ronchy sulfuric gas, you could have some good bacteria missing from your intestines that can be replenished with probiotics, like a good true yogurt none of that yoplait sugar crap.
When I go on antibiotics for my annual sinus infection, I'm sure to eat yogurt, otherwise you don't wanna be around me :laughing:
High protein diets can cause bad sulfuric gases too.
